Advances in Glycoengineered Antibody Production

Our protein glycoengineering team has published a novel methodology for achieving consistent Fc glycan modulation in therapeutic antibodies. The approach, published in ACS Chemical Biology, combines glycoengineered cell line development with optimized culture conditions to produce antibodies with homogeneous glycan profiles.
